The Psychology Department of M.V. College, Buxar was established in 1958 with the vision of promoting scientific understanding of human behavior, mental processes, and applied psychological practices. Since its inception, the department has been committed to fostering analytical thinking, emotional intelligence, and research-oriented learning among students.
The curriculum encompasses major fields of psychology including General Psychology, Social Psychology, Developmental Psychology, Abnormal Psychology, Counseling Psychology, and Research Methodology.
